About the Role

As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk at Werner Hyundai, you'll manage both payables and receivables functions, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution of all transactions. Your work will directly support our dealership's financial operations and help maintain the accuracy and compliance standards we uphold.

What You'll Do

• Process, verify, and reconcile accounts payable invoices from vendors and suppliers
• Prepare and process payments while adhering to company policies and approval procedures
• Monitor and follow up on past-due accounts receivable to ensure timely collection
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with dealership departments to support billing and payment operations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform accounting data entry and maintain organized record systems

What We're Looking For

• Proven automotive dealership accounting experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial transactions
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
