About the Role

As a TIG Welder Trainee, you'll work under the guidance of experienced welders at our Brownsville facility, developing hands-on expertise in TIG welding titanium and aerospace-grade materials. You'll fabricate and join precision components that become integral parts of modern aircraft systems, learning industry standards and quality practices used across our manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Operate TIG welding equipment to join titanium components according to engineering specifications
• Learn and apply aerospace welding standards and quality control procedures
• Inspect welds for defects, dimensional accuracy, and material integrity
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols
• Document welding work and maintain detailed production records
• Collaborate with experienced welders and production teams

• Currently enrolled in a welding program or recent graduate with foundational welding knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
