About the Role

As an ASE Technician at VIP Auto, you'll diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles while working on a flat-rate basis that rewards both speed and quality. Reporting to our Service Manager, you'll be integral to our mission of building long-term customer loyalty through skilled workmanship and transparent communication. This is a hands-on position that challenges you to apply your technical knowledge daily while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose vehicle problems using specialized equipment and systematically troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform repairs and maintenance across engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and other vehicle systems
• Execute work following VIP Auto's proven processes and quality standards
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair timelines, costs, and vehicle condition
• Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation
• Uphold workplace safety protocols and keep your bay organized and compliant

What We're Looking For

• Valid ASE Certification or equivalent hands-on technician experience
• Solid track record repairing vehicles for a dealership, shop, or service center
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills
• Professional communication style and genuine interest in customer satisfaction
• Commitment to safety and producing quality work
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your schedule on a flat-rate pay model
