About the Role
As a Service Technician at ICEE, you'll be the backbone of our field operations. Working under the guidance of operations leadership, you'll travel to customer locations throughout Springfield and Greene County to install, maintain, and repair a diverse range of beverage and food service equipment. Your work ensures that ICEE's customers can serve their guests consistently and reliably, making you a trusted partner in their daily success.
What You'll Do
- Service and maintain frozen carbonated and non-carbonated beverage dispensers
- Install, repair, and troubleshoot fountain beverage systems
- Diagnose and fix ice maker equipment issues
- Service juice dispensers and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Document service calls and maintain accurate records
- Communicate professionally with customers and resolve equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to safety standards and company protocols
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
