Client Services Coordinator

Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services seeks a full-time Client Services Coordinator in Jacksonville, Duval County. Join our team as a central coordinator supporting our clients and advisory professionals in delivering expert valuation and advisory solutions throughout the region.

About the Role

You'll be the operational hub connecting clients with our Jacksonville advisory team. This position coordinates client relationships, manages communications, and ensures smooth project execution. Your role keeps client interactions strong and internal operations efficient, freeing advisors to concentrate on strategic engagements and complex analyses.

What You'll Do

• Field and manage client communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Arrange meeting schedules, site visits, and client presentations
• Track project progress and maintain comprehensive relationship documentation
• Compile and organize deliverables, proposals, and supporting materials
• Handle billing inquiries and account administration tasks
• Address client concerns and coordinate timely resolutions
• Work cross-functionally with team members to meet project deadlines

What We're Looking For
