About the Role
As a Senior Sales Associate, you'll take on elevated responsibilities that directly impact our store's performance and customer experience. This is a full-time position where you'll combine strong sales execution with leadership on the sales floor, working with customers ranging from beginners to advanced musicians and educators.
What You'll Do
- Build and exceed individual sales targets while supporting store-wide revenue and profit goals
- Deliver expert product knowledge and guidance to help customers select instruments, accessories, and equipment suited to their needs
- Actively promote Music & Arts lesson programs and connect students with qualified instructors
- Develop relationships with local teachers, schools, and music programs to expand business opportunities
- Support junior sales team members through mentoring and example on best practices
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the sales floor is organized and welcoming
- Handle transactions, answer customer questions, and resolve concerns professionally
