About the Role
As a Payer Enrollment Coordinator II, you'll manage administrative and operational aspects of payer enrollment coordination. This is a hands-on position requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to navigate complex enrollment workflows.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate enrollment processes with insurance payers and plan administrators
- Verify enrollment documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of all submissions
- Communicate with payers regarding enrollment status, corrections, and compliance requirements
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to enrollment activities
- Troubleshoot enrollment issues and work toward timely resolution
- Support compliance efforts and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and policies
- Assist with enrollment tracking, reporting, and data management as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in payer enrollment coordination, insurance administration, or related healthcare field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized software
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and healthcare processes a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
