Restaurant Manager

Dunkin' Donuts is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager in Jacksonville, Duval County. In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations at a fast-paced Dunkin' location, build and motivate a high-performing team, and drive both customer satisfaction and profitable sales growth.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you are the leader responsible for running all aspects of your Dunkin' Donuts restaurant in alignment with company standards and best practices. This position combines operational excellence, team leadership, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences that drive business results.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and develop a dedicated team committed to serving quality products and memorable customer experiences
• Manage all daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, cleanliness, and inventory control
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and quality standards consistent with Dunkin' Donuts requirements
• Monitor and optimize sales performance, manage budgets, and maximize profitability
• Handle scheduling, staff development, and performance management to build a reliable crew
• Ensure a clean, organized, welcoming environment for guests and employees
• Manage cash handling, register operations, and financial accountability
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Communicate effectively with district management and support continuous improvement
