About the Role
As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll be essential to our client's production operations. You'll operate machinery, monitor equipment performance, and ensure quality standards are met throughout each shift. This position offers the flexibility to choose from multiple shift schedules to fit your lifestyle.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and equipment checks
- Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Document production data and maintain accurate shift records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations
- Support production goals and meet output targets
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to work various shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and overnight hours
- Reliability and consistent attendance
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
Job Details
Compensation: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend support as needed. Shift options include 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM.
Assignment Length: 6–8 weeks
