Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Confidential Food Service Distributor is hiring a Full Time Production Supervisor for our 2nd Shift in Wesleyville, Erie County. Lead our production team through evening operations while maintaining the safety, quality, and efficiency standards that drive our food service manufacturing success.

About the Role

This second-shift production supervisory position places you at the forefront of our manufacturing floor, responsible for guiding your team through nightly workflows in a fast-paced food service environment. You'll ensure production targets are met without compromise on safety or quality, making critical decisions that impact both output and workplace culture.

What You'll Do

• Direct production team members throughout the 2nd shift, building accountability and continuous performance improvement
• Track equipment operation, production flow, and resource utilization to achieve daily output targets
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards, addressing issues immediately
• Coordinate with management, production planning, and other shifts to ensure seamless operations
• Complete production documentation, performance records, and incident reports with accuracy
• Develop team capabilities through hands-on training and constructive performance feedback
