About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise our electrical construction and maintenance teams across Atlanta's industrial and commercial landscape. You'll coordinate and lead crews on projects ranging from water treatment facilities to large-scale industrial and commercial electrical installations. Your leadership will ensure projects stay on schedule, maintain rigorous safety protocols, and consistently meet quality standards in all weather conditions.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on industrial, water treatment, and commercial job sites
• Manage crew schedules, task assignments, and daily productivity across the Atlanta, Fulton County area
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce compliance with electrical codes and industry standards
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Train and mentor crew members in electrical best practices and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot field challenges and adjust plans as project conditions evolve
• Work outdoors during various weather conditions and be available for overtime when projects require it

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach job sites throughout Atlanta and Fulton County
• Personal hand tools and commitment to keeping them in working condition
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, including rain, extreme heat, and cold
• Flexibility to work overtime when project schedules demand it
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a drug test and maintain clean background standards
• Proven leadership and communication skills managing field crews
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and best practices in industrial, water treatment, or commercial electrical work
