Join Community Medical Services as a Client Services Coordinator in Saint Francis, Milwaukee County, where you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our clinic visitors and patients. About the Role
As our Client Services Coordinator, you'll be the first impression our patients and families experience when they walk through our doors. You'll work directly with the Clinic Manager to ensure our reception and intake operations run smoothly while maintaining a welcoming, respectful environment for everyone who visits.
What You'll Do
- Greet all clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and a trauma-informed mindset
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate the flow of client care throughout the clinic
- Process walk-in patient intakes and handle initial documentation
- Respond to phone and in-person inquiries with accurate information and compassionate service
- Support clinic operations by maintaining records, managing check-in procedures, and assisting with clerical tasks
- Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with genuine empathy for diverse populations
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a busy healthcare environment
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with scheduling and documentation systems
- Understanding of or willingness to learn trauma-informed care principles
- Reliability and commitment to excellent customer service
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
