About the Role
As a Retail Shift Manager, you'll oversee daily operations during your assigned shifts, managing inventory, supervising team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. What You'll Do
- Manage shift operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise and mentor retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor store performance metrics and contribute to achieving financial and sales objectives
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock management
- Open or close the store as scheduled, including cash handling and security procedures
- Train team members on products, procedures, and customer service standards
Performance Incentive Opportunity
Your performance directly impacts your earnings. Team members are eligible to receive quarterly bonuses based on store performance against net income goals, with the potential to earn over $1,000 per quarter when targets are met. This creates a shared commitment to driving store success.
