Director – Growth and Demand Generation

About the Role

As Director of Growth and Demand Generation, you'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of campaigns designed to fill the sales pipeline, accelerate market penetration, and establish IDEX as the leader in your market segment. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position where your decisions directly influence company growth trajectory and market position.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategy, including content marketing, digital campaigns, events, and lead nurturing programs
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, setting goals, coaching talent, and holding teams accountable to aggressive growth targets
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align messaging, optimize lead qualification, and establish metrics that measure pipeline contribution
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform strategic pivots and budget allocation
• Manage marketing budget and resources to maximize return on investment across all demand generation channels
• Oversee product launches, go-to-market strategies, and messaging frameworks that resonate with target customer segments
• Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to identify market opportunities and customer acquisition priorities

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 3 years directly managing demand generation or pipeline-focused initiatives
• Proven track record building and scaling demand generation programs that measurably increased qualified pipeline and accelerated sales cycles
• Experience managing marketing budgets, optimizing spend across digital, events, content, and account-based marketing
• Strong analytical capability—ability to design experiments, track KPIs, and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Leadership experience building, managing, and developing high-performing teams
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and ability to bridge marketing and sales organizations
• Excellent strategic and tactical execution, with comfort navigating fast-moving priorities in a growth-focused environment
