Hendrick is seeking a Client Advisor for our BMW facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this full-time role, you'll deliver exceptional sales and customer service while building lasting relationships with automotive buyers and selling new and used vehicles that meet dealership profitability goals.
About the Role
As a Client Advisor at our Charlotte BMW facility, you are the trusted guide helping customers navigate the vehicle buying journey. You'll combine consultative selling with product knowledge to match the right vehicle to each buyer's needs, whether they're shopping our new BMW inventory or our carefully selected pre-owned collection. Your success is measured both by closed sales and by the satisfaction and loyalty you build with every customer interaction.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage customers, understanding their preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements
- Deliver knowledgeable consultations about new and pre-owned BMW vehicles, features, and financing options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives that highlight product benefits and performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet individual and dealership sales goals
- Build customer relationships through follow-up communication and post-purchase engagement
- Stay current on inventory, pricing, incentives, and manufacturer programs to provide accurate information
- Work collaboratively with finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven automotive sales experience or demonstrated ability to learn vehicle sales quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and match customer needs with appropriate solutions
- Professional presentation and enthusiasm for the luxury automotive market
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
