About the Role
As a clinical social worker with Jackson Therapy Partners, you'll serve individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, providing direct care that connects people with the resources and support they need. You'll be an advocate within our clinical team, ensuring clients and students access appropriate services and have a pathway to wellness.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based clinical approaches
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support treatment goals
- Connect clients with community resources, social services, and crisis intervention when needed
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on clinical outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Current, active LCSW licensure in California
- Demonstrated experience in clinical social work practice
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic skills
