What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis
• Provide direct clinical services and supervision, ensuring quality care and adherence to evidence-based protocols
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to identify goals and track meaningful progress
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and adapt intervention strategies based on ongoing assessment
• Contribute to program development and clinical best practices within the organization

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification, or RBT credentials with active enrollment in a BCBA-track graduate program
• Strong foundational knowledge of applied behavior analysis and behavioral intervention
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and families
• Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development
• Reliability, compassion, and a genuine commitment to client outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

Total annual compensation ranges from $85,000 to $113,000, with base salary from $85,000 to $95,000. We offer a structured bonus program designed to reward your clinical contributions and professional growth.
