Associate Attorney – Transportation

As an Associate Attorney - Transportation, you'll develop real litigation skills across a range of transportation and liability matters. Working with experienced attorneys at a firm known for rigorous case strategy, you'll handle complex auto liability, premises liability, and construction defect cases from discovery through trial.

What You'll Do

• Manage transportation and general liability litigation in auto, premises, and construction defect cases
• Conduct depositions, discovery work, and case strategy development
• Draft pleadings, motions, and trial briefs
• Participate in mediations and represent clients at trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and client service

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of litigation experience, ideally in transportation, auto liability, or general liability defense
• Strong legal writing and research abilities
• Self-motivated with genuine commitment to excellence and client service
• Professional communication skills and strong client relationship management
• California bar license in good standing
