About the Role
As a Racquet Instructor at our Milton location, you'll deliver quality instruction to members across all skill levels, from beginners discovering the sport to experienced players refining their technique. You'll create an encouraging environment where members feel supported in reaching their athletic goals.
What You'll Do
- Teach group and private racquet lessons tailored to member skill levels and objectives
- Design customized lesson plans that address individual development areas and learning styles
- Demonstrate proper form, positioning, and court strategy during instruction
- Organize drills, practice routines, and skill-building exercises
- Maintain court readiness and manage racquet equipment and facility resources
- Build relationships with members and understand their long-term athletic aspirations
- Participate in club events, tournaments, and member activities as scheduled

- Solid teaching experience in racquet sports instruction
- Deep knowledge of sport fundamentals, rules, technique, and coaching methodology
- Strong communication ability and genuine patience with learners at every level
- Professional presence and dedication to exceptional member experience
- Genuine enthusiasm for developing players and fostering their improvement
- Flexible availability for part-time work aligned with member demand
- Professional certification in your sport preferred
