Join Legends Global as a Bar Captain for our vibrant food and beverage operations across the United States. This part-time position offers the opportunity to lead bar operations at some of the world's most dynamic venues and live events.
About the Role
As a Bar Captain, you'll oversee bar service excellence and team performance in our fast-paced event and venue environment. You'll report directly to our Concessions Manager and Banquet Manager, working to maintain the highest standards of hospitality while supporting premium beverage programs across our network.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate bar staff during events and service periods
- Ensure consistent quality of beverages and bar presentation
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering of bar supplies
- Train and mentor team members on service standards and techniques
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in bar areas
- Respond to guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with management on event planning and execution
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a bartender or in bar management
- Knowledge of drinks, spirits, and beverage service standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in high-volume, event-driven environments
- Customer service excellence and professionalism
- Flexibility to work varying schedules based on event calendar
- Attention to detail and quality control focus
