About the Role
As our Breakfast Attendant, you'll be the backbone of our dining operations during the morning service. You'll ensure that every guest interaction begins with excellence, transforming routine food service into memorable moments that define their stay.
What You'll Do
- Set up and maintain breakfast service areas with complete accuracy, including tables, buffet stations, and serving stations
- Prepare breakfast items and social event areas according to established standards and specifications
- Arrange and present food items with careful attention to visual appeal and quality
- Monitor food supplies and replenish service areas throughout service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas and guest-facing spaces
- Support social events and special functions with dedicated setup and service
- Respond to guest requests and ensure outstanding service at all times
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols consistently
