LifeCare Home Health is hiring a Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Irving, Dallas. This full-time position supports our enterprise compliance program across home health, hospice, and private duty care operations, ensuring regulatory adherence and organizational accountability.
About the Role
As our Compliance Coordinator, you'll serve as a critical operational contributor to our compliance and regulatory functions. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain standards, organize documentation, and prepare materials for regulatory audits and payer reviews. You'll be the organizational foundation of our compliance efforts, helping translate policy into daily practice while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and maintain compliance documentation and regulatory records across home health, hospice, and private duty care divisions
- Organize files, records, and materials for regulatory agency reviews and payer audits
- Support the Vice President of Compliance with operational tasks and compliance initiatives
- Assist in policy implementation and monitoring across all service lines
- Track and manage compliance-related deadlines and regulatory reporting requirements
- Contribute to the development and distribution of compliance resources and training
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and proven attention to detail when managing multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, home health operations, or regulatory environments preferred
