About the Role

As a Teller Retail Banker, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, serving as the first point of contact for banking transactions and financial inquiries. You'll combine accurate, efficient transaction processing with genuine customer engagement, helping clients meet their banking needs while identifying opportunities to expand their relationship with our bank.

What You'll Do

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers with precision and compliance
• Open new deposit and loan accounts, explaining products and services to customers
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records at the close of each business day
• Handle customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and services
• Cross-sell appropriate banking products and refer customers to specialists for complex financial needs
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide professional, courteous service that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Cash handling ability and proven mathematical accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
