About the Role
You'll own the complete product lifecycle for our MCAP offering—from market discovery and strategic planning through technical requirements, design approval, engineering handoff, production launch, and continuous improvement. This is a strategic role that demands deep expertise in pharmacy benefit management combined with the analytical rigor to guide complex healthcare products in a regulated landscape.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute product strategy for MCAP, informed by competitive intelligence, customer research, and market trends
- Define detailed product requirements and oversee design and development workflows with engineering and design teams
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify optimization opportunities and inform roadmap decisions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather feedback from clients to refine features and capabilities
- Lead cross-functional product launches and communicate vision and progress to internal and external partners
- Stay current with pharmacy benefit management regulatory requirements and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in pharmacy benefit management or a closely related healthcare domain
- Demonstrated success managing products in complex, regulated healthcare environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity in specialized markets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
