What You'll Do
- Direct environmental teams and projects within the energy industry
- Develop environmental strategies that align with client needs and regulatory requirements
- Mentor team members, fostering professional growth and technical expertise
- Build and maintain transparent relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure project delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget expectations
- Contribute to business development and account management
- Stay current with environmental regulations, compliance requirements, and industry practices
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level experience in environmental consulting, engineering, or related energy sector work
- Proven experience managing and developing technical teams
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, permits, and compliance
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects successfully and drive results
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, geology, or similar discipline
- PE license or environmental professional certification preferred
