The Role
Work part-time as a Lyft driver and earn money on your schedule. Use the Lyft app to accept passenger requests, navigate to pickups, and provide safe transportation. You decide when you drive and how often—flexibility that works around your life.
What You'll Do
- Use the Lyft app to accept ride requests and navigate to pickups
- Transport passengers safely and courteously throughout Decatur and DeKalb County
- Maintain your vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition
- Follow traffic laws and prioritize passenger safety
- Track your earnings through the driver platform
What You Need
- A valid driver's license
- Your own vehicle in good working condition
- Current auto insurance and vehicle registration
- A smartphone to use the Lyft driver app
- Ability to pass a background check
- No previous rideshare experience necessary
New Driver Bonuses
Lyft offers new drivers in the Atlanta area the opportunity to earn bonus money in addition to ride earnings. Qualified new drivers can earn up to $400 in bonuses within their first seven days of driving. Terms apply.
