About the Role
Our well-established law firm is expanding its team and seeking a skilled paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support. You'll be an essential member of our practice, working alongside attorneys to manage cases from intake through resolution, handling critical document management, legal research, and client coordination tasks that keep our firm running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, organize, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and court filings
- Support attorneys with case preparation, evidence discovery, and courtroom trial assistance
- Manage case files, maintain calendars, and monitor critical legal deadlines
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and other parties
- Conduct legal research, analyze documents, and prepare summaries for attorney review
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with legal and professional ethical standards
What We're Looking For
- Paralegal certification or proven professional experience in a legal environment
- Demonstrated expertise in legal document preparation and case file management
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with legal research tools, case management software, and standard office applications
- Strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional integrity
