About the Role
The Machine Operator I-ARP position combines utility and boxmaker responsibilities within our One-Step Department. You'll work hands-on with production equipment and team members to keep our lines running safely and efficiently, meeting all quality and output targets.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate boxmaker equipment in accordance with production schedules and specifications
- Hand-pack and prepare boxes for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met
- Assist other machine operators with line operations and equipment adjustments
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
- Meet or exceed production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration
What We're Looking For
- Ability to operate industrial boxmaking equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output
- Willingness to hand-pack boxes and perform manual tasks as needed
- Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
- Reliability and consistent attendance
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
- Prior machine operator experience is a plus, but we'll train motivated candidates
