As Assistant Sales Manager at My Wireless, you'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead your team toward consistent sales growth and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and performance metrics
- Conduct floor coverage, handle customer inquiries, and close complex sales
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and product displays
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately
- Maintain store cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies
- Monitor operational metrics and provide data-driven feedback to the management team
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of retail or sales management experience (or equivalent supervisor-level responsibility)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service instincts and communication abilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort with multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn wireless technology and AT&T products
- Availability for flexible retail hours, including weekends and occasional holidays
