What You'll Do
- Operate and safely maneuver a flatbed truck hauling freight cargo
- Secure, inspect, and maintain load integrity throughout transport
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch on delivery schedules and route logistics
- Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations and safety requirements
- Document mileage, delivery times, and required logistical data
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Demonstrable experience operating flatbed trucks
- Proficiency in load securing and tarp techniques

Compensation & Benefits
Boyd Bros. provides a $1,200 minimum guaranteed weekly income plus mileage bonuses. New hires receive $1,500 at signing and an additional $1,100 after completing orientation, totaling $2,600 in onboarding incentives. You'll be guaranteed home time every weekend.
