Account Manager

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll own the growth and satisfaction of a portfolio of business clients who rely on us for industrial products, equipment, and manufacturing services. You'll serve as the key point of contact, understanding their operational needs and recommending solutions that drive their success. This role is based in our Pioneer Square office.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring regular communication and responsiveness to customer needs
• Understand customer operations and recommend appropriate industrial products, equipment, and manufacturing services to solve their business challenges
• Manage account growth, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work toward revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality service, and customer satisfaction
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively with operations and manufacturing to resolve problems
• Build pipeline and pursue new business opportunities within the King County market

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in industrial products or manufacturing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfort navigating complex organizations
• Ability to understand technical specifications and industrial applications
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple accounts
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites as needed
