About the Role
This is a full-time, field-focused position designed for a leader who thrives managing complex projects while actively developing market opportunities. You'll balance day-to-day project execution with strategic growth initiatives, reporting directly to leadership with significant decision-making authority and the upside to grow with the business.
What You'll Do
- Manage and expand Gpac's Iowa territory, overseeing multiple concurrent projects from planning through delivery
- Lead on-site project operations and client relationships, ensuring quality delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify and close new business opportunities while managing existing accounts to maximize revenue
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet profitability targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in sales-oriented project management or business development roles
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience managing field-based operations
- Demonstrated ability to close deals, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth
