Territory Sales Manager

The N2 Company is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to build and grow a hyperlocal magazine business in Denville, Morris County. This is a full-time, on-site role for a relationship-driven sales professional ready to develop their own market, establish deep client partnerships, and drive recurring revenue growth in their community.

About the Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you'll operate as the commercial leader for a hyperlocal publication serving your community. This role combines traditional territory sales management with entrepreneurial responsibility—you'll identify advertising and partnership opportunities, cultivate relationships with local businesses, and build a sustainable revenue model based on recurring client commitments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and retain advertising clients across the Denville and surrounding Morris County area
• Build and maintain relationships with local business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers
• Present advertising packages and publication benefits to prospective clients
• Manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the advertiser base
• Work collaboratively with the broader organization for support, training, and operational resources
• Track sales metrics and report on territory performance
