Customer Service Representative ( REMOTE WORK )

Join Morphius Corp as a Customer Service Representative serving labor unions, credit unions, and associations across the country. This is a full-time remote position open to California residents in the Foy, Los Angeles County area. As we continue rapid growth, we're building a team of skilled professionals to support our expanding membership of police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers, and other labor organizations.

About the Role

You'll be the frontline voice for Morphius Corp, helping union members, association participants, and credit union customers navigate their benefits and services. This remote position lets you make a direct impact on working professionals across the country while working from home in California.

What You'll Do

• Field inquiries from union members and association participants regarding benefits, eligibility, and program details
• Assist customers in accessing and understanding their coverage options and enrollment processes
• Process requests, verify information, and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records to support our growing member base
• Build rapport with callers and foster confidence in Morphius Corp's service quality
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up on resolutions

• Customer service experience, whether in union organizations, credit unions, associations, or related fields
• Clear communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Strong problem-solving ability and patience when addressing member concerns
• Reliability and the ability to manage multiple interactions with accuracy
• Comfortable learning company systems and benefits programs quickly
• California residency required
