Ilantus Services Private Limited is hiring a 1Kosmos Consultant to lead enterprise-scale passwordless and identity proofing implementations across the US. If you have 5–8 years of IAM experience and hands-on expertise with 1Kosmos BlockID, this full-time role offers the opportunity to architect digital identity solutions for Fortune 500 organizations and mid-market enterprises undergoing identity transformation.
About the Role
In this position, you'll design and oversee the deployment of passwordless authentication systems and identity verification platforms for complex, distributed enterprise environments. You'll translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable 1Kosmos implementations while guiding teams through identity assurance frameworks and best practices. Your technical leadership will drive enterprise IAM programs from initial assessment through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture and implementation of 1Kosmos BlockID for passwordless authentication and identity proofing across enterprise infrastructures
- Assess organizational IAM landscapes and recommend solutions that achieve IAL2+ identity assurance requirements
- Direct large-scale identity transformation initiatives from discovery, design, and testing through go-live and support
- Establish passwordless authentication strategies and implementation patterns tailored to client security and compliance mandates
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and business leadership to align identity solutions with operational and regulatory objectives
- Diagnose and resolve complex authentication and proofing workflows to maintain system reliability and user adoption
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, identity proofing, or passwordless technologies
- Demonstrated expertise implementing 1Kosmos BlockID and identity verification platforms in enterprise settings
- Solid understanding of passwordless authentication architectures and identity assurance frameworks (NIST IAL/AAL)
- Track record leading enterprise-scale security and infrastructure transformation programs
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders
- Background in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government is advantageous
