About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care in West Plains, Howell County. You'll work days on a standard 5-day, 8-hour weekly schedule, evaluating patients, designing treatment plans, and guiding individuals through their recovery. This temporary assignment begins July 20, 2026, and offers the flexibility of travel work with the stability of a full-time schedule.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment protocols
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Document patient progress and communicate outcomes with the clinical care team
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, self-management, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to optimize clinical outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Current Physical Therapist license (state licensure or compact license)
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Proven clinical expertise and patient-centered treatment approach
- Strong clinical documentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
