P4P is hiring a Corporate Regional Area Property Manager to lead property portfolio operations across Park Ridge and Bergen County. This is an in-person, full-time position perfect for an experienced property leader ready to own the operational success of multiple properties within a defined region.
About the Role
As a Corporate Regional Area Property Manager, you'll take direct ownership of your assigned region's property portfolio. You'll drive operational consistency, maintain quality standards across all locations, and serve as the strategic lead for all regional property matters. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines oversight, vendor management, and day-to-day problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Oversee operations and performance of multiple properties within your designated geographic region
- Ensure all properties meet company standards, regulatory compliance, and quality benchmarks
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements across the portfolio
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with local property teams
- Develop and implement regional strategies to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor budgets and drive cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- Travel approximately 6–8 days per month to visit and manage regional properties
- Report directly to senior leadership on regional performance and initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of regional property management experience
- Demonstrated success managing multiple properties simultaneously
- Deep understanding of property operations, maintenance coordination, and facility management
- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and attention to detail
- Comfort with regular travel throughout your assigned region
- Ownership mindset with accountability for results
Schedule & Compensation
