About the Role

As Director of Strategic Sourcing at Cirrus, you'll own the complete sourcing lifecycle for our production and aftermarket supply chains. This is a strategic and hands-on role where your decisions directly impact operational efficiency, cost structure, and supply chain resilience.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Develop detailed procurement plans that define requirements, timelines, and success metrics
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, capability, and cost competitiveness
• Lead contract negotiations and secure favorable terms that maximize value
• Develop, execute, and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance and performance
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors across production and aftermarket channels
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvements
• Manage risk mitigation and business continuity across sourcing operations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement leadership, or supply chain management
• Strong track record of developing and executing sourcing strategies
• Expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship building
• Knowledge of production and aftermarket supply chain operations
• Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or related field (or equivalent experience)
