About the Role

As Senior Client Manager, you'll serve as the primary relationship leader for key water and wastewater clients, bridging business development, project delivery, and operations. You'll be the go-to point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand our impact in water systems, treatment solutions, and environmental services.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipal, industrial, and commercial water and wastewater clients
• Coordinate between engineering, science, and operations teams to deliver high-quality project results
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend service expansions tailored to client needs
• Address client concerns and ensure timely, effective solutions across water and environmental challenges
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture across all client touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing client relationships in engineering, consulting, or water and wastewater industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to connect across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to recognize service expansion and partnership opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field (or equivalent professional background)
• Knowledge of water quality, wastewater treatment, or environmental regulations is a plus
