Diagnostic Medical Sonography Clinical Coordinator

Keiser University is hiring a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Clinical Coordinator in Saint Lucie West, St. Lucie County. This full-time position is a key leadership role supporting our diagnostic medical sonography clinical education program, ensuring students receive exceptional hands-on training and achieve clinical competency in ultrasound imaging.

About the Role

As Clinical Coordinator for our diagnostic ultrasound program, you will oversee the coordination and administration of all clinical education activities that support student learning outcomes. You will work closely with academic faculty, clinical site supervisors, and clinical preceptors to maintain the highest standards of clinical training. Your focus will be ensuring each student progresses effectively through their clinical rotation while meeting program accreditation and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and assess clinical curriculum and learning objectives aligned with sonography competency standards
• Coordinate student clinical placements, schedules, and rotations across affiliated healthcare facilities
• Monitor and evaluate student performance during clinical education through regular assessment and feedback
• Maintain communication and strong partnerships with clinical site directors, preceptors, and healthcare partners
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and clinical program policies
• Organize clinical education events, orientation sessions, and training workshops for students and clinical staff
• Track student clinical hours, competencies, and documentation requirements
• Serve as a liaison between Keiser University academic programs and clinical healthcare sites

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Professional experience in clinical education, program coordination, or healthcare management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience coordinating clinical placements or educational partnerships in healthcare settings
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic academic environment
• Proficiency with scheduling software and student information systems
