OCEAN EXPRESS CAR WASH is hiring a Car Wash Assistant Manager for our Point Pleasant Beach location in Ocean County. We're looking for a dedicated professional to help lead operations at our modern car wash facility and make an immediate impact on our team's success.
About the Role
As our Car Wash Assistant Manager in Point Pleasant Beach, you'll take on a hands-on supervisory role in the daily success of our car wash facility. You'll combine operational leadership with active participation in equipment management, team support, and customer service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage daily car wash operations at our Point Pleasant Beach facility
- Oversee safe and effective operation of all car wash equipment
- Manage inventory of car wash chemicals, detergents, and cleaning solutions
- Train and mentor team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures
- Monitor quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle facility opening, closing, and maintenance responsibilities
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve operational challenges
- Support business objectives and drive customer retention
