Planet Fitness Assistant General Manager

Midwest Brands is seeking a full-time Assistant General Manager to lead member experiences and support daily operations at our Planet Fitness location in Edwardsville, Illinois. In this role, you'll combine customer service excellence with operational leadership to help drive the success of our fitness community.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and greet members, prospective members, and guests with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism
• Oversee daily front desk operations, including member check-ins, account management, and administrative tasks
• Conduct facility tours and consultations for prospective members, presenting membership benefits and amenities
• Process new member registrations and guide sign-up procedures smoothly and accurately
• Answer phones professionally and assist members and prospective members with their questions and concerns
• Monitor and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere that supports member retention and satisfaction
• Support facility management in achieving operational excellence and member engagement goals

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, ideally in a membership-based or fitness facility environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to represent Midwest Brands professionally
• Proven organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
• Experience or readiness to take on leadership responsibilities and support team development
• Reliability and genuine commitment to member satisfaction and facility success
