About the Role
This position represents a strategic opportunity to advance specialty pharmaceutical sales in one of our key markets. As Territory Manager for our biologics portfolio, you'll manage relationships with high-value accounts including medical practices, specialty clinics, and hospital systems that treat psoriasis patients.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute territory-specific market strategies to drive product adoption among dermatologists and rheumatologists
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prescribing physicians and clinical decision-makers at target accounts
- Present clinical data and product value propositions to support physician adoption decisions
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and cultivate new business development prospects
- Track territory performance metrics and report progress against established objectives
- Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape, and clinical advancements in biologics for psoriasis
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or specialty medical device sales, preferably with biologics or specialty therapies
- Track record of exceeding territory business objectives and building sustainable customer relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to convey complex medical information clearly
- Self-motivated professional capable of managing a territory independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of dermatology or rheumatology markets is a plus; willingness to build expertise in psoriasis treatment options
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Oklahoma territory as needed
