About the Role

As a Senior Logistics Management Specialist, you will manage complex supply chain operations serving the Army's most critical logistics and sustainment needs. Your expertise ensures seamless supply flow, effective resource management, and operational readiness across military command structures.

What You'll Do

• Oversee supply chain planning, procurement, and inventory management supporting Army logistics operations
• Coordinate with military stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance
• Analyze supply requirements, forecast demand patterns, and optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency
• Develop and implement logistics processes that enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance with military supply standards and protocols
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior logistics personnel in best practices
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence initiatives across the supply chain

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or military supply administration
• Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations and military supply protocols and procedures
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet strict operational deadlines
• Proficiency with supply chain management systems and standard office software
• Leadership experience and strong collaboration skills across diverse teams
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one (preferred)
