About the Role
As a Porsche Master Technician at JP Euro, you'll lead diagnostic and repair operations on high-performance European vehicles, commanding complex mechanical and electrical systems with precision. You'll handle everything from routine maintenance to advanced powertrain diagnostics, ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop in peak condition.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Porsche vehicles using OEM and specialized diagnostic equipment
- Execute engine, transmission, suspension, and brake system work to manufacturer specifications
- Manage customer communication regarding repair timelines and technical findings
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to continuous improvement of shop procedures
- Document all service work accurately for customer records and warranty compliance
- Stay current with the latest Porsche technical bulletins and repair procedures
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Porsche or German exotic vehicle repair experience
- Active ASE Master Technician certification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency with diagnostic scanning tools and repair management software
- Proven track record troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to technical detail
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to test-drive vehicles safely
