About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician with our operations team, you'll ensure our vacation properties remain in excellent condition. You'll handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across our facilities while maintaining the high standards our guests expect. This is a hands-on role where your technical skills and attention to detail directly impact guest satisfaction and property longevity.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on resort facilities and vacation properties
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and repairs completed
- Support the operations team to ensure properties meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar technical field
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional approach to guest-facing environments
