Join Music & Arts as a Seasonal School Events Associate in Orlando, Orange County, and help connect K–12 students and families with quality instrument rentals and music education resources. This full-time seasonal position offers the opportunity to welcome new musicians as they embark on their instrumental learning journey, working directly with school communities across the region.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate on-site event logistics, including setup, material organization, and checklists to ensure smooth-running school rental events
- Greet and welcome families and students attending our instrument rental and music education events
- Answer questions about rental programs, instrument options, pricing, and how to get started with music lessons
- Assist with registration, paperwork, and documentation to help families complete their rental agreements
- Collaborate with Education Account Managers throughout each event to maintain schedules and hit key objectives
- Create a positive, approachable presence that introduces families to Music & Arts' rental programs and support services
What We're Looking For
- Genuine interest in K–12 music education and student success
- Excellent customer service instincts and ability to build rapport with parents and students
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in event execution
- Comfort handling basic administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Willingness to work as a team member alongside our education professionals
- Ability to adapt to school event schedules and community-based work settings
