About the Role

As a Photo Retoucher at Fashion Nova, you'll play a critical role in bringing our visual content to life. Our fast-paced creative environment demands excellence in every frame—from women's and men's fashion to kids' apparel and beauty products. You'll work with high-volume imagery across our multiple divisions, ensuring each photo meets Fashion Nova's exacting visual standards and strengthens our brand presence in search results and across retail channels.

What You'll Do

• Retouch and enhance fashion, lifestyle, and product photography using professional image editing software
• Perform color correction, brightness adjustment, and tonal refinement to meet brand specifications
• Remove blemishes, skin imperfections, and unwanted background elements from photographs
• Prepare product images for e-commerce and marketing across multiple platforms
• Maintain consistent visual quality and aesthetic across large batches of imagery
• Collaborate with photography, creative, and marketing teams to understand project requirements
• Meet strict turnaround times while maintaining premium quality standards
• Follow established brand guidelines and style standards for all retouched content

What We're Looking For

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and similar professional retouching software
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition
• Demonstrated experience retouching fashion, lifestyle, or product photography
• A portfolio or examples of your retouching work demonstrating technical skill and attention to detail
• Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to quality in every project
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet consistent deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume creative environments is a plus
