What You'll Do

• Manage real estate litigation cases from initial assessment through resolution
• Represent clients in property disputes, title issues, and transaction conflicts
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial
• Negotiate settlements and manage case timelines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on real estate litigation experience
• Comprehensive understanding of real estate law and litigation procedures
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines
• Professional judgment and commitment to client service
