About the Role
As a Flatbed Truck Driver with Boyd Bros., you'll operate company equipment on consistent regional routes, hauling diverse freight loads. This full-time position offers predictable home time every weekend, steady miles, and a $2,600 onboarding package to start strong. You'll work independently while maintaining the highest safety and service standards.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate flatbed equipment to transport and deliver freight according to delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- Comply with DOT regulations and company safety protocols on every route
- Coordinate with dispatch and customers to maintain reliable, professional service
- Secure and brace loads properly to prevent shifting during transport
What We're Looking For
- Current CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- Flatbed or commercial driving experience
- Mechanical knowledge and diligent vehicle maintenance habits
- Commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional communication
- Ability to work independently and respond to dispatch direction
Compensation & Benefits
Earn a minimum of $1,200 weekly plus performance bonuses. New drivers receive $2,600 in onboarding pay: $1,500 sign-on bonus and $1,100 upon completing orientation. Consistent routes and home time every weekend provide stability and work-life balance.
